Winter Tracery

Winter wraps its snowy blanket around the delicate tracery of another season.

Photographer's comment:

Winter is a special time when much of nature is at rest under a protective blanket of snow. I was attracted to the pattern of these dry stems bending toward the ground when I spotted them from my cross-country skis.
