'The Fairy' RoseSome people grow the most amazing roses. Here, a large 'The Fairy' rose grows by the back door of the gardener's home. She told me when I went to photograph it that she started gardening with all of her roses in straight lines in a bed running down the middle of the yard. Over the years she has moved them around to form the basis for a gracefully curving cottage garden. I think this rose bush is still one of the highlights. |
