Squires Lake is one of the newest parks in Whatcom County, located just north of the Skagit County line. The lake, and its surrounding wetlands and forests, are managed to preserve the plant and animal life that live there. The Whatcom Land Trust was instrumental in acquiring this property and turning it into a park.
