Whatcom Coast & More Whatcom County's sheltered coastline runs from Larrabee State Park north to the Canadian border at Blaine. It was once one of the world's most productive salmon fisheries. Between the coast and the mountains are productive farms, most of the people w ho live in the county, and pleasant parks.
